All this is done really fast with your legs kicking wildly in all directions like spazing out sorta
tops>bellyswipe>sweep>two handed side freeze>forarm>sholder freeze>headstand>spin half a round into>sidefreeze>forearm>sholderfreeze>rollback into windmill to sipnning sholder nike>ccs>3 step>hong 10 freeze. |

...baek kinda does the first part. But seriously, why did you spend all that time writing it out? There's no point. There's too big of a difference between an ideal set that you write out on paper and what you actually do. Go an practice it and see what it looks like rather than asking us what we think.

my foundation sets are always freestyle never pre meditated wich may be why its always sloppy and fast at the beginnning then gets real slow as i get repetitive and try to switch it up
