No... unless you suck at it and show off with your poor skills... other than that... It's pretty respected if your good at it... not many people break though because some people don't want to do put in that much effort into it...

Breaking imo is still classed in the "cool" category. Even if you suck, but you break at a party, you can be somewhat cool. The better you are, the cooler you are.
It can be considered a nerdy hobby because there so few people doing it, but people's opinions change when they realize they can't dance either. Also when it comes to people who not used to breaking, they are also shy about embarassing themselves and doing something dorky. well yeah at my school its considered cool but i dont know about other places like bboy blueberry said not one takes the effort to do it anymore its fun as hell but people rather do stupid stuff like smoke lol i hate it bboying is cool cause anyone can do it |
