Man I don't even wanna pop anymore, seriously. There are no poppers in Philly AT ALL. I go to events and everything here in Philly but everyone breaks...

I mean, I don't have enough money and I can't go to another state by myself to go dance, and there isn't anyone willing to even go...I don't even wanna do it anymore...I'ma just stick to MCing...

i had the same problem with bboying in the early '90's. i was living in montgomery alabama at the time. i would bboy and practice but it was by myself most times. i stop bboying regularly and would do it from time to time but not seriously. now it 2007 and mad people are bboying and i have to play catch up.

moral of the story:
bboying is something that i always loved since the '80's and even when i quit i would think about it. when i heard songs that made me want to dance i didn't think of the toe wop, krumping, etc. i thought of bboy moves i could do but because i didn't have much persistence now i'm left behind

if u can give up your dance without regrets then by all means but don't wake up sometime in the distant future wishing u never had quit.

at least you have the internet.

No there aren't. Not just "not online". There aren't any period. I go to The Gathering, which is the BIGGEST Hip-Hop session every month, and I c popers, but they are from different States. And I used to break but I stopped because I got SUPER bottom heavy from football. All those lifting wieghts made each of my legs weigh 78.76lbs multiply tht by 2 then subtract it from 220lbs of muscle, and u would stop too lol. But I'd rather pop anyways, I always liked it better.
