Congratz to ronnie, i think he deserved it, but overall, this years red bull sucked. They had the crappiest songs i've ever heard in a bboy competition thanks to the dj, the host didn't seem like he wanted to be there , the crowd was the MOST UNENTHUSIASTIC CROWD i've ever seen at a competition, and putting cico into the competition is a retarded. Hong10 is my fav bboy, but he had more fire last year than this, hopefully he wins next year. Jed got robbed against cico, and Lilou got robbed by roxrite ( this is just personal opinion though. ) I wish i went to the one last year rather than this years. Ah well, hopefully next year is much more wilder. Lemme know what you guys thought of the competition =]

Were you there? I think they just turned down or muted the sound for the audience and host on the videos.

Yeah there was a part where they were all clapping in unison and you couldn't hear it at all.

I'm sure it was hype.

Lol I don't get why people keep saying Lilou got robbed. He did that airchair thread thing THREE times, and he crashed TWO times. Like zomg.

yeah they shouldnt have edited out the audience or host sound if they did cause the videos are quite tedious =p

I mean its not like the audience was dead silent, but compared to the other red bulls, they weren't as loud and crazy. The three air chairs in a row is a move, just like any other bboy who repeats a move 2-3 times in one set for effect, such as hong10 this year, he did his slow mo back bend thing back to back. But lilou did more airchairs in other sets, which I suppose could've deducted him. Anyone else hate the music? :P I usually get the music from this comp every year to use for myself, but bleh, this years sucks.

Yup! These wieners need to watch the battle again, and learn what a repeat is. Same with his obvious crashes.

I think the crowd was "quiet" because they wanted the dub the videos with the actual songs they rocked to.

No, the 2/3/4/whatever thread airchairs is a combo.
Crashing the combo, attempting it again and repeating it in the last round = 3 times same combo.

Look:

Hong 10 - Same freeze, different combo's.
Lilou - Same freeze, sometimes somewhat different, SAME COMBO. IN ONE BATTLE.

I'm much more baffled by Ronnie beating Roxrite than Roxrite beating Lilou.

Lilou is destructive when he's on point, and when he boffs he boffs hard.

The music didn't really piss me off that much, especially since I have had a bunch of it for the better part of a year.

im not going to say who got robbed but a lot of people did. the judges really screwed this battle up. so far 2005 was the best year but lately its been a joke. i feel bad for the bboys that won there battles but had to take a loose on there records.

ronnie def deserved the win, his flow and techs are insane! his transistions from air to ground to power back to foot work is top notch. SOmething alot of bboys cannnot do!
