How do i overcome these issues? i get out of breath easily while bboying and tired as well. what can i do to have more breath and stay energized? all i know so far is drink red bull.

you need to build up ur endurance..run, jump rope, work out more...stuff like that..red bull isnt going to help, if anything youll overstimulate your body and could hurt urself..drink lots of water and jyuce..and really jsut build up your endurance..

first of all, jogging and jump rope and great cardio exercises, but so is dancing DURR. and plus, dancing is a more direct workout because that's what you wanna improve on, so it will help your muscles as well. my advice: session by yourself (if you're not already doing that) so that you won't be tempted to become one of those "watcher" bboys who don't practice at sessions. another helpful tip, one of the most useful that i've ever learned, is to remember to BREATHE while you're dancing. if you're thinking to hard while you dance, not only are you not enjoying yourself, you're also allowing yourself to become tired and sore faster. what a stupid thing to do!! but newbs do it all the time!!! |

dude DONT drink energy drinks, thats one of the reasons why you're getting tired easily. cause Energy drinks are designed to give you bursts of energy, but once it wares off you will CRASH down, and be exhausted like crazy
just drink water, and like everyone else said build up endurance, do what suAZN said, jump rope and jog |

PRACTICE ! eventualy u will get more endurance.. toprock, footwork, power... just fucking practice.. wow, what did u think the answers were gonna be ? go see a doctor ? xD and besides that, i think its obvious that u should have enough sleep, healthy food (stop with the junk), and plenty of water during practice. hope this didnt offend you, but seriously, some threads are just plain weird & obvious. whats next ? a thread : im not flexible enough for flares, what can i do ? =( hint : stretch =b |
