i dont know any other forum to post this in so i have a question to ask.
Im currently learning windmills, and ive been practicing my swipes,6step,helicopters,3 step,2step,4step but my arm left arm(the arm i stab my windmills with) hurts a lot. im not quite sure if its my bone or muslce but it hurts like a lot. its on the side of my arm and right smack in the middle of my arm. anybody know what type of injury this is? its been hurting for like a week i believe

Does it hurt at the elbow and is there throbbing in your little and ring fingers?
