Wrist Injury -
04-03-2007, 09:11 PM
I think I overdid the whole wrist endurance, from trying out 'the chairs' and just plain mad handglide freezes (to support myself better). When I lean on my left hand (which I use for stabbing), it hurts to lean on or stab with. What can I do to make the healing process faster?
Ice? Suggestions? Thanks |

time is the best, and wrist injurys usually go away in a few days if it's only when you bend it back.

i strained both my wrists and also got forearm splints in one week...shits painful. ice your wrists up and stay off em for about a week. if you got forearm splints massage your arm to loosen up your muscles, you might be pinching a nerve. then apply bengay.
