I have eipelepsy. I have about 1 seizure a year (HAD, i take med for it now).
When i seize, im unlike most people. My back muscles are so strong they actually pull my arms out of socket, dislocating my own arm. Now the muscles holding in my arm are a little loose, and my arm could become dislocated if i put my arm too far behind my head. Are there a lot of bboy moves that dont require behind-the-head flexing of the arm? I have to get surgury on my arms, and recovery time is 7 months PER ARM. *sigh* |

it depends, moves like hollows and inverts and some handstand ones are pretty much out of the question, but is your arm ok if you bring it behind your back? Because if it isn't you're pretty fucked...
But if it's just over the head thing, you can easily get good at bboying and just not do a few moves. |

Hey man sorry about your situation, but yeah until your arms heal you could just work on your footwork(toprock, sixstep)and be one badass stylehead,so that when your arms do get better you will have it down and ready to go and you can just focus on power moves

id say dont work on things like hollows and inverts or airchairs, things that require you to bend your arms in a funny way
if its okay to put some weight on it, and to stab, work on mills and footwork, and theres always headspins if your back and neck are still strong heh cool how you have that but yet you still ache to bboy |

nah i mean like the other way, like going over your head you don't really need, but would it fuck with your arms if you were to do like an airchair or halo freeze?
