To go with the 'most underrated' thread figured we could use an overrated thread, figure this one might end up more dramastyle but whatever.
Personally people are gonna hate on this but I say Junior, not because I don't like Junior, not because he doesn't have a unique and awesome style, buy because youtube and similar video spreading stuff has introduced him to the ignorant masses and they all LOVE him x1000 and you have no way of explaining why he's good, but not the worlds best breaker ever in all of history. I'm sure you all know the clip I'm talking about...

Indeed, I don't think he is that bad as a BBoy, but I just hate him for that video, as almost every internet user have seen that.
Whenever I hear that music, that even discourages me from breaking lol.

I think you guys are just hating on junior for no particular reason. I mean no bboy overrates junior, it's just that he's more e-famous than others. I mean he didn't make the video or anything, he just appeals to the masses more because of his unique style.

guys, dont you know this video is ,,a bit,, fake??? junior is great, but not that great. that link they gave at the end of the clip: scottwills.co.uk which is a site for very advanced computer graphics imaging. The website's self description is:
"MULTIMEDIA DIGITAL PLAYGROUND".mens video was still digitally enhanced.
"It's a digital playground. Mostly to play around and experiment with Web and multimedia technologies..." --Scott Wills
And after watching the other clips of Junior and checking out Scott Will's site, it is kind of obvious that the clip's been tinkered around with to make it look 100 x's more impressive.

lol. This isnt about the most overrrated b-boy no more. This has turned into a Junior rant lol. But i feel the same i mean i have seen that clip so many times in different versions but then again. It might just be on the internet he is famous on. Lots of powerheads will love (and we know there is a lot out there lol) and for the unexperienced breakers might go for putting junior as an example so i guess thats a reason he's so well known.

YEA, someone made a clip and took computer technology to enhance juniors moves!!!! you dumbass!!!!
all that shit is juniors stuff, i've seen him do that shit in person. it is amazing, but also at the same time he does run out of stuff real quick.
but that clip is not enhanced. and digitally enhanced probably means they made the picture a little more clear so the footage is better to see. NOT, they made him float around the room

Clearly you didn't venture forth into the faq. He didn't "enhance" the video, he jacked raw 04 bc one footage and slowed some of it down. Then put some song he made to it. It was a mad ad, but apparantly he got fucked over by some hosting websites and stuff.

oh please. now you are hating on me. did i say that they enhanced junior moves, fuck no. i said they enhanced that video and made it look so much better than it really is. Compare live original footage with the enhanced trailor video, and the difference is obvious. Things aren't always as smooth, some moves don't last as long, and some parts don't go by that fast. thats all, get over it. and i am not hating on junior, he is incredible at stuff he do, but i was talking about this one fucking video, and you call me dumbass and shit, thanks for that
