So I'm thinking about asking for some bboy DVDs for Christmas this year but I' don't know where to look and which ones to buy! What do you guys recommend? What are the freshest bboy DVDs? And where should I look for them (or ask my parents to look should I say).

Well I like the IBE, Red Bull BC One, Armory Cup, and Battle of the Year events, so anything like those would be sick. (Crew battles and 1 vs 1 are my favorite, I prefer style and power mixed but its not like I can't appreciate style or power by themselves )

So yeah cypherstyles you know where I could get/order those 4 events I listed above? And of course I'd like a bboy video junkie's recommendation for some other DVDs to get as well.

Sure man, all those dvds are good and we sell them all at my store CypherStyles.com (not trying to advertise, just answering your question) for dope power and crews besides the ones you listed which are good choices. We also have previews on the site for all of them. I think you would also really enjoy freestyle session 8, bboy unit 8, evolution 2 and freestyle session SE 2 vs 2 2005 for straight style I'd reccomend Ultimate Who Can Roast the Most?, the first few battles footage is a little grainy but most of it is good quality and the dancing throughout it is very very dope style and technique. If you want a good crew cypher/battle mixtape, killafornia and Laughing Rocks are the best I've seen, and Detours if you're also into popping along with bboying. Based on what you said though, the first 4 vids I listed are perfect for you and you'd like all of them, incredible crews with incredible signature power and style, very dope.
