Power is anything that requires strength. Moves like windmills, flares, and headspins are your quintessential power moves.

Style is harder to explain. Unfortuneatly, there are two definitions, the bboying definition and the english definition.
English: basically the way in which you do something, making it your own.
Bboying: toprocks, footworks, and freezes (basically anything thats not power), this is because these are the easiest things to add english style to, so its like bboying has been split into 2 halfs - power and style, even tho you can add english style to power. This is a pretty retarded way of organzing things, and it only came to be because people didn't properly understand words. But the majority of "bboys" still use the word style with that meaning, so what you gonna do?

Foundation is the moves you have to do to be bboying. You could do a bunch of tricks that are commonly found in bboying, but you would still just be doing tricks. Its pretty hard to say EXACTLY what these moves are, but a rough outline would be indian step, 6 step, 3 step, baby freeze. Some people get the term foundation confused, what foundation ISN'T: moves that will make harder moves easier. Like learning handstands to learn 1990s, so handstands would be the foundation for 1990's. Again, this is just a result of mixing up english definitions with bboy specific meanings of words.

When you take into consideration the fact that most freezes and some footwork techs require lots of strength, you will see that the way our terms categorize bboying is pretty shitty. I have a better way:

-Toprock (anything on the feet, I would say it makes up like 15% of bboying)
-Downrock (any kind of footsteps, backrocks, sweeps, swipes, basically anything low to the ground, makes up like 70%)
-Freezes (holding still in any position, usually very weird position like on your hand or head, makes up like 5%)
-Airmoves (anything that generates air, which means that its like anything where your spinning, makes up like 10%)
