i was practicing again nothing speacial.Im getting better.:]
But i cant hand stand so thats what im trying out now. I'll check out the Moves board, i checked it out yesterday and was like damn this is what i needed. Thanks to yall B-Boys out there for this forum i'll keep practicing and elevate. oh and i like those wicked beats i got three so far The Mexican RockcreekPark SoHo HotMusic there r others i heard but dont know the name i'll try and find out. thanks for the reply,im just starting so im barely getting used to moving around faster in my footwork.
do u know how i could start handstanding i could stand on my head and two arms but i want to start standing on just my 2 arms no head. any tips? |

What I thought was funny is that you never did a complete round of footwork. But yeah, I'm with Lady Bomber on this one, you need to properly learn your 6 step and actually DANCE when you toprock. And try to stay away form so many uprock drops, its a whole different dance. Don't mix too much, it looks a bit sloppy.

For handstands, just do it against a wall alot, then you'll gradually build up the strength.

Lol, seems that me bboy chi1b1 seem to agree on quite a bit, cause i was gonna tell u to try hand stands against the wall....but dont stay doing that for too long, cause then u'll get too dependent on it, and be afraid to move off of it. Thats what first happened with me and hollowbacks
And you should probably do some endurance training to get ur stamina up. Looks like ur loosing whatever energy ur putting out |
