i have a problem like that too.. I used to practice footwork almost everyday. And footwork isnt that extensive. But a few weeks ago, as soon as i start doing some footwork, my right shoulder begins to hurt like fucking hell. I can do handglide, turtles, handstands, (practising) windmills and my shoulder is fine..but with footwork it feels like theres glass in my shoulder...

That is true, I am finding it harder to find time now that i'm working. It doesnt take too much time though. Lets say you run 1 mile instead of 2. A mile can be easily run in 7 minutes by someone in decent shape. Of course it will make you sweat, so lets say you do it before you shower and get ready for the day. So get up 7 minutes earlier, run, and then continue with your daily rutine. Its not tons of excercise, but it's better than none.

just practice stuff that only requires one arm til ure right arm gets better

make sure you do some proper strectches before you start.its for the better.

also know your boundries. just take a drink break or if you MUST continue just go abit lighter.

DONT bother taking cocaine or Ecstasy in order to dance longer. its reallly not worth it.im not anti-drug. im just anti-getting hurt.

yea i went non stop one time, over and over, then i collapsed, i didnt knock out i juss layed there, like no energy to move, i could have moved but i was feeling SO GOOD, i didnt wanna get up...i dont think alcohol and breaking go well together...juss my thought
