Whats good yo. I'm here lookin for some advice and some help. Ive been interested in learning to be a bboy for a long time but I could never find anyone who knew/did the art to help me learn. My area sucks and I know that no one does any sorta thing. I looked all over areas near me and i just cant find anyone. So I started teaching myself simple things really. I got no idea what any of its called, cept for top rock, windmill and turtle. Im that fresh learning it. Ive only got some backround in self taught gymnastics, backhand springs, backflips, blah blah, shit like that. I been tryin so hard to learn and watch video's and read some guides up on here. Trying to just strengthen my body now... sit ups, pushups, liftin weights, wallstand pushups.. im hopin someone from the nyc area could help me out, you know. help me get the flow down...

well hope peoples will answer and gimme some cents. peace out

I dont know about the B city thing but hes certainly right about most of NY having a huge scene.

Long island has more than a few, and most of NY has areas highly populated with bboys so u wouldnt have to travel very far, or just outside of your area. Ive been out their and even upstate in the woods theres bboys rockin it.

Like he said, try the hook up area.

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.

Can't help here. Small town that doesnt even ave a night club. Just went to a schooldance last night and it was F*cking awsome! I just learn things off the net and I've only been breakin for about 5 days and did it at the dance and chicks where all over me, plus I have to looks but your better off learning on your own unless your willing to pay. And yeah it's a pain finding the perfet tutorials but stick with it and you usually find what you want.

... And according to your belief is it done unto you.
