Rollback Forearm Nike Practice - 06-08-2006, 11:49 PM

Btw, this is my first time using the thread stuff. No footwork or tops, just straight move practice.

I could rollback forearm nike easy using two hands, but the one-handed one (the one I freeze it on) is hard to hold. Anyone got any advice for me?

I'd like any tips, suggestions, criticisms, anything, etc., on any of the shit in the video, please leave ur comments and ratings on it. Peace

Don't kick your legs up so high on those crickets and work more on your tops and footwork because they really really need it.

My wrist strength is superb right now, but I can't seem to get crickets right. I think I'm not rotating right, I dunno. But yeah, I do kick high lol. But I didn't do tops or footwork in that video, so how could you say that? lol

Try just using your right leg to pump for the crickets, that really helped me get mine and i was judging your tops from your other video's. i think they should be your #1 priority at the moment, but hell that's entirely up to you.
