just milk on its own wont build muscle, you need to work the muscles for that to happen...banana will give you energy...

umm sort of. milk/diary is a source of protein, which i'm sure you kno is good for muscles repairing themselves. bananas are of course chalf full of potassium something that's also REALLY good for repairing muscles, and helps with soreness a lot.

bananas are sume of the best fruits u will eva encounter. and milk is a great drink it builds strong bones. if u work out and drink milk afta werds(drink water first) it helps pack on punds and help muscles grow. so neva hesitate to eat one or drink some. my ddad tought me that hes a bodybuilder. so i hope u helped u

Mushrooms are also good. If you eat one you will grow into a bigger size of yourself, but if you get hurt you go back to your original size. 1up mushrooms are also good.

i mashed up a banana then i added milk but it didnt mix well so i decided to microwave it and it tasted like crap. i think its better to have them seperately, but still in conjunction

Nawww man if you make a whey protein shake (chocolate reccomended) and add a banana and a little milk to it, it tastes really good!

most people dont understand how bad milk is for you. Its healthier and more effective to take vitamin pills or drink orange juice. cow milk is not supposeds to be drank by humans, it has alot of fat and hormones that can help you put on some weight or get sick. btw orange juice has more calcium than milk
