hollow backs are pretty sexy, i dunno, my favorites freezes varies. Really depends how someone uses it. If hollows are considered freezes, i don't think airchairs are the hardest.

any flexible freezes kick ass. working on catching the body in crab freeze, not lettin' feet touch floor, after jumping in the air (not too high right now)... :-\

what a coincidence ^, i have a battle next sunday and a variation of that is in my set. but mine are one handed handstands (on right hand) with ur right leg pointing down toward the ground and ur left locked back like when in nike, and then u grab ur right arm with ur left hand.
