Depending on the speed of your metabolism, you might not need to change your food intake. Although eating healthier food and proper portion sizes is a wise choice for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, changing your diet to increase weight loss is a horrible idea. The best source of reducing fat is aerobic exercise, a good example of this is dancing (toprocking, footwork, or any exercise you can do for a lengthy period of time without consuming large amounts of energy). Dieting is the worst thing you can do to your body, it slows down your Krebs cycle, which is a part of your metabolism. This is the process where your glucose is broken down to release energy and in turn, reduce fat. Therefore, as soon as your quit dieting, you gain the weight back twice as fast. This is why exercise is the better alternative. Plus, as you gain muscle mass, your body requires more energy to maintain the muscles and you will burn more glucose/fats.

And easy thing to do is just walk alot and take what you eat normally, and cut it in half. I lost tons of fat with that plan, haha.

ok, if applicable, try this:
1. cut down on soft drinks and make water your new friend 2. do lots of cardio, if you weight train in a gym strive for max reps not max weight (more repetition = more burn = less fat = more muscle = yeah!) 3. get enough sleep, if you don't get enough sleep, you really are only asking for fat 4. keep a calorie count chart if you want 5. if you wanna be hardcore, become a vegetarian, or even better, a vegan |
