after 7 months of bboying you dont know what foundation is? what have you been doing? practicing windmills and crowd pleasing bull shit? Foundation is the essence, it is the roots of bboying. Foundation refers to moves and steps that are usually basic (6 steps and baby swipes, baby freezes kind of thing)... that when you string together with rythm... they makeup the BUILDING BLOCKS (foundations) of Bboying. Now each move is normally comprised of smaller easier moves (foundational moves)... i.e. windmills are handspins, backspins and shoulder spins kind of thing. Flares are planche, windmills and Lsit kind of thing. Foundation is like a pyramid, harder moves built upon easier ones. |
