dont use gloves. if u are spinning on the right bit of ur hand then it wont matter. use the ball of ur hand down the bottom of u palm.

if ever im trying a hard move that might involve hurting my palms...if it's the first couple tries i use my armbands to make like a cussion...otherwise i dont use them the gloves get in the way sometimes

i wear full finger batting gloves for everything... for 1990s mine are cool cause they re made of leather that is not too sticky. but very thin and snug.
