usually someone takes a leadership position but a lot of the time there is no dead set leader that ws voted or anything. it just happens

actually, almost all crews have at least a figurehead or someone in a leader position.

even crews that go with the one man one vote theory have someone as the figure head or the go to man to get things done.

if everyone is handleing everything nothing gets done, period.

if it bothers u, try to make it a figurehead and not an actual LEADER

most crews work better when someone cant get a power trip....1 man 1 vote

our crew does it where u need everyone to agree, if there is one dissenting vote than we dont do it because its about the crew as a whole and u cant make someone upset, its not right....

like if introducing a new member, we vote, if someone says no, we dont allow it because its not about seniority, its not about anything but the crew as a whole. what right does one person have to decide that someone else in the crew should be on the bad end of a situation? none

our crew is kinda....strange. it always seems like either me or Dojuh are kinda getting the rest of the people to "quote: hurry up and fucking practice" lol, personally, i think Dojuh would make a good crew leader.
