ok so i've been busy with school and freinds and everything.. and i can't do any moves anymore except for a few freezes and footwork.
when im busy i just do pushups and do some footwork and doing footwork and stuff is fun.
i mean i still can do mills which are horrible
they look like my very first mills.
i know all the techniques and problems i had.
my flares are ..... eh.
blah blah
so everything is just
horrible.
i dont really wanna quit breakn coz its fun and everything.
but what should i do now?
school takes too much time and my power, flexiblity, and strength are slowly disappearing.
when i practice on weekends (rearely) i get my power back but its to the same stage.
should i jsut wait until summer to pracitce power again and focus on my footwork now??
or should i practice on weekends and have everything at the same level?
i live as a bboy. as in, thats my main priority. i go to a private school and do well there, i do track and pole vault, which takes 2 hours after school every weekday. i work the floor every weekday and if i cant find a place to practice i do conditioning exercises and stretch.
my intention isnt to brag, although im aware thats what im doing. its just a question of dedication. do you live and breathe bboying or do you do it as a hobby? thats something you need to figure out yourself.

you don't really need "practice" time. i dont actually go into a room and practice for like half an hour. lets say im waiting for the computer to turn on or something, or its commercials on the tv ill just hit the floor for a few minutes. i do this a bunch of times everyday.
oh yeah you should stretch a lot too. whenever you have free time but its inconvenient to practice

i hangout, do hw, i study sat, talk to my friends fone or some crap, play violin,
eat, blah, and if i have time i break.
but thats at 11 ish....
and then i end up to hyped up to go sleep
so...
School is another way to make people weak and control their thought patterns... i would never do schooling again, its complete bullshit...
I lost all my moves also but its because i never practise. But as they say, practise makes perfect, so all u need to do is work on it.
remember u cant learn something in a day, u can't relearn something in a day either... If you really wanna get your move back, you will...
