what kind of different body pads do you guys use for breakin? Im lookin into buying an elbow pad but there are many different kinds of pads (skating, wrestling, football, etc..) and i'm not sure which is best for breaking.

yeah, I picked up some Nike ones that size at a factory store and they work great if you put them on you elbows

these wrist bracers seem like they'd be the most valuable of all bboy pads, in my opinion. I think I'm gonna try em. my biggest problem is usually painfull wrists. http://www.american-gymnast.com/cata....cfm?series=10

umm if you have wrist pain ...
you should warm up ur wrists better ... and don;t over-due it with the handstands ! wrist bands wown't really help ! they keep wrist firlmy locked, and that means that ligaments will stretch ... so one pain will kill another ! it's work a shot but again, i suggest warmups ... and ... menthol creeme ... u should use that ! might take paint away ... |
