wrist bracers - 03-22-2006, 05:48 PM

these wrist bracers seem like they'd be the most valuable of all bboy pads, in my opinion. I think I'm gonna try em. my biggest problem is usually painfull wrists. http://www.american-gymnast.com/cata....cfm?series=10

umm if you have wrist pain ...
you should warm up ur wrists better ... and don;t over-due it with the handstands ! wrist bands wown't really help ! they keep wrist firlmy locked, and that means that ligaments will stretch ... so one pain will kill another ! it's work a shot but again, i suggest warmups ... and ... menthol creeme ... u should use that ! might take paint away ...
