How you should eat is the same as for anything - eat healthy. Carbs and proten are standard for anyone active.
How to exercise, just do it mate, bboying is a good hard workout (always cardio, often muscles aswell) As for what to do, then go to the Moves section. Theres moves for beginners in there. Welcome. |

no, it doesn't matter how late you start really. unless you're too old and you have like weak bones or something. i think anubis started a few years ago and he's like 21 right now, so i think 17 is just fine

It doesn't really matter how old you are when you start as long as you practice like everybody else, and you try as hard as you can. I was in 5th grade when I started, and now I'm 16 lol and still going so I did start kinda young. But ya know if you practice you'll be just as good as anyone over a period of time.

Nah 17 isn't too late.
How long to become pro? Depends how much time you have to spare and how hard you train. The harder you work the quicker it would happen. Has to be said though, I dunno that it's worth thinking about it. Do the dance cos you love it, not to make money off it. If money is the goal there's many ways to make more money, potentially for less effort. It's not exactly lucrative. |
