Hi,

Now i have my exams and i canot practice for more than 1 hour per day. Then i'll get my vaccations for 3 months for which i can practice from 8 - 10 hours per day (90 days). I'm thin, have fine biceps and is sorta strong but i'm a newbie. Turtle is kinda like my best move now. I can do some downrock moves and a very partial 7- 10 seconds handstand. So is my vacatio enough for me to do tough moves like 1990's, flares, circles, halos .etc

PS: I can't even do windmills now. I'm a damn new newbie who can only practice less than 1 hour.

You can get alot of practice in 1 hour, so long as you train hard in that time. I usually practice 2-3 hours but half of that time is just laying on the ground or trying stupid shit.

You should concentrate on study now. Beside that, you still need to do some excercise(push up and sit up) to maintain your strenght for dancing in future.

Study is always the 1s place. Remember to only practice AFTER exam.

My gf: Can you pls STOP concentrating on your Popping? You should be concentrating on your studies!!

Mjfan: I never concentrate on Popping!! Is Popping concentrates on me!!

8-10 hours per day?!?!.. 1 hour a day is plenty, the important thing is that you do it consistently. 1 hour a day, everyday is better than 10 hours all at once, once day a week. i usually cant practice for more than approximately 2 hours straight, after that much practice ill slow down to the speed of a snail.

yea ok i know how ur feeling, i did this last year (i didnt break back then)
tbh i didnt study anything... at all... but thats not smart

so, study like a horse, but always take like 1 hour each day to maintain strength and flex etc

1 hour isnt much, you have the rest of the day to study, and NO ONE can study the whole day without pauses a whole semester
