I've seen the latest last4one TV show they did on KBS2 (Korea)
I think that's one of the things bboy crews should do: TV SHOWS u know, just to revive bboying publicly.. and it'll be really cool if there's one true Hip-hop channel, that broadcasts 100% the 4 elements, just to educate ppl what the real Hip-hop scene is... and I know at least one TV channel already doing part of it, which is Trace TV in France ne one have an opinion on this one, plz speak ur mind PeAcE & thanx |

i dunno. i like bboyin to not be that popular. its cool when there are people who know how to do it, but if they start making it mainstream.... i can only imagine right now the number of posers ther would be at my school trying to breakdance. not only that but i think makin a channel completely dedicated to the "real hip hop scene" would depreciate it. it would be like having the super bowl everyday and people would get bored with it. the less known it is the better the effect bboyin has on people who arent familiar with it.

Although I would want bboys on tv for convience purposes, I don't want it to go down the shitter into "breakdancing" agian with the bad press and kids starting with headspins. The chance of "true" hiphop channel has a low chance of happening because buisnesses don't look to stay "true" to anything, they just want to make money. I'd rather it stay underground although I definitely think the shit thats on tv (anything that plays garbage rap) today needs to be thrown away and replaced with something good.

If bboys keep it real it shouldnt be a problem while were controlling it....

The reason we've stopped a few people posting things on here recently, is because they were essentially pirated copies of things like Mike Garcia's video (whatever opinions people have of it - he's still entitled to being paid for his video) What kind of thing is it? I liked it man. Some nice choreography, but then, you'd expect that.
I laughed my head off at the sound though. It absolutely kills me when I hear a non-english language (especially oriental ones) with occational english words thrown in. Korean korean korean korean bboy korean korean korean last for one korean! Hilarity. Showed it to a friend and she said about the same. Neuro - thanks again for checking it was ok to post it first. Can't speak for the other mods, but I find it really nice when people check before posting if they are unsure.  Peace. |
