Actually, Wicket is a friend of mine.

We're not very close, but every time we kick it he is very very chill.
Also, his style is obviously Ken Swift influenced... but I see more of his generation of bboy than the 80s generation of bboy in him. I disagree with you completely when you say his style is a complete rip off, especially since I know the guys who taught him a lot of his Brooklyn Rock, Uprock, and Toprock. lol. As for the "ego"... well, there's an older school of thought that says that it ups the game. But it seems to me that the more I watch bboys, the more technical and power-oriented it has become as opposed to an actual dance.
