Elbow man.. its a nice move to bust. But i like Air Flare because while doing it i keep my eyes open and watch things Fly by lol.. Eblow tracks try it its fun.. then try Air. when you perfect elbow.

Elbow track like i said befor.. and its not as risky as Air.. Airtracks is mostly keeping ballance, swinging your leggs, reaching with your other hand and try not to fall on your face... Elbow is great cause its the same but you won't land/fall down as hard for beginning.. (Practice it on Mats or grass if possible.)

than again u gotta wonder....u see a lot of people do insane amount of airflares, but not elbows....i think if someone did 50 elbows to match 50 air, i like the elbows, more rare
