i just wanna know how you can gain flexibility to put your foot behind your elbow. i dont quite know how to explain it, but i wanted to try a sorta airbaby variation with my right foot behind my right elbow. er...
like that sorta so...help? please? or else...grr |

if its same leg, its not that hard, if u cant bring ur foot to ur elbow theres something HUGELY wrong....unless ur talking about bending literally backwards with ur knee....in which case, stretches that involve the knee, ass, hips, all work

nah, it helps....u really should work on each of the muscles in ur leg to make it more comfy, ur ass muscles, the muscles surrounding ur knee n ish...
work the whole package, it may seem dumb to work everything when u only need a couple but it makes it a lot more comfortable |

its mostly knee flexibility, most peopple that have it its just natural. You can fuck up your knee by stretching it like that.

ouargh..so much for that Oo;; oh well. thanks for the warning, Chucky. i dont know though. i am pretty flexible and double jointed so...i guess ill try stretching some more. but i wont push it as much i suppose. thanks for the heads up though, appreciate it.
