sprained wrist

i just hurt my wrist real bad doin turtles, my dad said it was sprained, this is my power hand the one i do everything with, how long will this last and will i be able
to recover and still go ccw and what not??i hope this heals soon

maybe a week or two. sumthing like that happened to me when I flipped over my bike n i landed on my wrist. just wrap it up n do some footwork, people will see and understand
