i think i have some kind of wrist injury, its around the ball shaped bone
when i have my hand just normal and do normal stuff it doesnt hurt or anything, but if i put alot of pressure on it, it hurts a lil, also hurts mainly if i twist my wrist ccw (from my own view) can any1 tell me what this is? and if/how it can be fixed or just go away? |

Yeah, you probably just strained it too much, that happened to me on both wrists. The ebs thing to do is NOT put pressure on it. _-_ For a little while, take a break.

sounds like you have the same thing i had in february. just try your best to lay off of it for as long as possible. wear a wristband, that's what helped me. except it took forever for my wrist to entirely heal because i kept trying jakchammers and planches and shit when i wasn't ready to get back on my wrist. so just stay off of it.
