What is this eyebrow style? -

I've seen people shaving two diagonal lines across the edge of their eyebrows. I personally think it's kind of cool. But does anyone know if it means something, a cultural thing, or gang related?

Idiots have them. Oh, and people who want to look hard. I think it speaks volumes that when I was younger, people used to shave lines into someone's eyebrows as a joke to make them look stupid. |

I sort of have one line in my right eyebrow, can't really see it because I don't cut my eyebrows. I got my face slammed into a window in one fight and it scarred. Got a nice concussion out of it too
 But the two stripes thing means that you are a retard where I come from  or at least that's what I get out of it. |
