I'm sure it'll burn a few calories. It might help you get fit if you do it daily with a fast pace. I'm not sure.

It must be possible I guess, I mean if some bitch can lose weight playing "Dance Dance Revolution" then toprocking (enough) will make you lose weight.

My opinion though: Just get up and break. Your stamina and all that jazz will improve and you'll lose some fat in the process.

If your main objective is to loose fat however, you should try Tae Bo or whatever the fuck it's called.

wat.

Fa sho, I got skinnier when I started doing toprocks all the time, haha.

But since I've started breakin, I've gained alot of muscle mass and lost weight and got skinnier in the process. Its dope

It could be used as a form of cardio i guess, depends on how you toprock, i mean i dont think youll be geting to fit if you do that lazy left to right toprock isht.

breaking in general can help you get fit but toprock can be a good work out if you're going all out and not doing the "lazy left to right" thing that pacerok mentioned.

toprocks always a good way to warm up before having a jam, lil bit of stretching and a good toprock session will get you warmed up and should keep you away from injury.
