hi hi... i bet every1 had seen Bboy Darkness from Gamblerz Crew b4, rite? his handstand is awesome! n his 1 handstand, is stable like hell! he can hold few minutes! he's really crazy! does any1 noe how to make the handstand stable? and how about 1 handstand?

for one handed ive been practicing i find it better to make sure u have most of ur weight forward, because i tend to fall backwards a hella lot more than i fall of to the sides.....and i keep my legs spread and wobble them back and forth to keep my balance, as well as swing my free arm to help keep balance......u can also lsightly bend ur supporting arm but then u might collapse because uve got all ur fuckin weight on one arm.....other than that just keep practicing.......sometimes i find it easier to grab my supporting arms wrist with my free arm, but thats just a preference

yeah darkness is good but vadim (member of my crew) is much beter than he is standing on one hand ! enter this and find out the clip that he stand on one hand for 26 sec !
