Stiff ankle problem -

a few days ago, my left ankle if feeling hella stiff somehow. i cant move my left foot around without resistance. wats wrong wit me?

Woah! Biter!
 Sorry - had to get that in there... DO mobility exercises, roll it, strech it and so on. If it hurts it could be an idea to see a doc, otherwise it probably is just stiffness, which I'd imagine you could get rid of with streching and mobility. |
