injured already -

ok iv been breakin for a little over a week now,and im already hurtin,iv pulled a muscle in my leg and dislocated my shoulder,is this normal or am i tryin moves that im not ready for yet?
(iv been trying to pike,L kicks,and swipes) if im not ready for those anyone have any suggestions |

holy crap about the shoulder dude... u gotta warm up for those bitches do some stretchin man specially for pikes they can fuck u up real bad, same for airchairs
but yea ure ready for pikes l-kicks and swipes i suggest u gettin l-kicks before pikes itll make everything easier |
