How to edit your videos

hey guyz sup,
Can someone tell me what program to use so i can edit my videos, like for a starter, you bring a blue background with text, then at the end a black background wit your name?? You get my point...LoL "EDIT Videos"

i think its free and if u have windows xp it comes with it, if u have a older windows then u can tryfinding it through www.download.com
or finding it on bearshare, kazza or limewire etc.

but yeah that should do that trick i used that to make a whole movie for a school project...
