ye jus like the title .. today i was tryin headhollows fer da firs time on a bed (i dont think bed was best choice) but i wanted to undastan sligtly how to do it b4 i go on hardgroun n like after the 5th time i stopped cuz my neck was hurtin a bit n i figured the pain wood go away in a while.ihavent tried it since n its like 8 hours later n same lil pain jus wanna know how long is it gonna pain for if it ever happened to any of yall ..im gonna sleep now n probly hope when i wake up my neck is better but pls respond n tell me thnx n btw its not like OWWWW pain or flinchim its jus like when ya bang somethin it 'hurts' like sore way. respond plss

is it like a bruise pain or an ache? either way im sure the pain shouldnt be there for much longer. i hurt my groin muscle while practicin flares and it disappeared the next day...its not the same but yea it should go away soon
