Can baggy be too baggy?

I was wondering if that's possible. I was doing some moves in front of a mirror and I couldn't a lot of my knee movements. I also c some guys body wave and stops after their hips b/'c their pants are too baggy. Am I right?

no, there's no such thing as too baggy. or you can adjust your movements to make it look cooler.
