Yes he did.
A headspin isn't going to hurt ya unless you do it on cement where you'll tear your scalp off. |

Heres how people get hurt doing headspins:
"OMG headspins! lets do like 10! even though i cant hold a headstand!!" ^= your head being twisted off your body and your eyes explode yo.. Heres how not to get hurt: Start by strengthening your neck muscles by doing headstands.. this'll also increase your balance.. next move on to slowly spinngin etc.. im sure theres a guide in moves.. but make sure you dont rush things.. and no offense, but your moms an idiot. |

Ive been workin on headspins for a couple months now and I haven't had any injuries from them. Unless dandruff is one. Then I've had a lot.
THe vast majority of spinal cord injuries are do to head trauma. And since your head is already on the ground it is kinda difficult to smash it into the ground. If your safe and your smart you got nothing to worry about. You have a greater chance of dying from a car crash then trying to learn headspins and becoming seriously injured from them. More people are killed a year by vending machines then headspins |

Vice President you idiot
when aszewczyk said "Psychoanalysis" he meant he was talking to me, not explaining what it was and aszewczyk, i still dont get how it relates: "oh no a person got injured from doing gymnastics, im scared of doing headspins now" to me thats like saying: "oh no a person got injured skateboarding im scared of doing headspins now" unless the movement WAS headspins it doesnt relate unless you're just worried aobut getting hurt in general |
|
because i am such a noob i will post my move list:
23 airflares in a row upside down head spins reverse windmills on a 50cm by 50cm table an omega bomb into perfect planche hollow backs so good that my legs arm goin through my arms super strong airchairs that air people can sit on perfect toprock wearing buckets for shoes helicopters so fast i start floating 1 handed flares jackhammers on a bed of nails unless you got a move list as good as that dont bother making one as your sig, understand? |

vice president read the stuff properly and everyone knows ure body aint made to spin on ure head even if u can do it.
and Psychoanalysis, i know they dont relate completely but they are in the same category in a way because like i said earlier they both are things that ure body isnt made for and needs working on before u can do em, meh but i guess ure body aint made for a lot of things.. jonnyz u tool, even if my mum says that crap i appreciate she has some concern for me. hey dont all parents care about their kids..well maybe not ures and i just realised that BBoy Kicks and P/Bboy-Zerox are the only ones hu answered my questions properly....everyone else givin shit comments that dont do anythin. i mean wtf "i mean, your brain can fall out your ears at any given time" that aint funny.. |

WHOAAAAAA! Hey what's up y'all , I have not been down in this forum for like...............1-2 years! mad stuff that is . Anywayz I'm back now , after watching You Got Served like 5 times , relit the fire
. Anywho , to answer your question aszewczyk , i'm just doing headspins now . 1 they are dangerous if you are going to be stupid about it . If you try and go all out right away ur gonna get hurt . However , if you take the time , just sit in headstand position for as long us can everyday until you can hold it for practically forever , then it'sd time to start trying to spin . When u do don't go for 5 rotations just because you think your neck is built up . Try and rotate a 1/4 of an inch . Get down rest for a bit . Next time try for 1/3 of an inch . Not really , but you get my point seriously start at like an inch or 2 and gradually move it up . Also at this time who cares about tapping and looking good and all that shit . USe your damn hands to balance urself as much as you want . Spin and inch out ur hands down , spin another inch. Pretty soon you'll be able to do 2 inches with no hands , then 4 , then a 8 , then a rotation , then 3 rotation , then 300000000000000000000000000 rotations , etc . 2- The fact that you are afraid or people have warned you about them puts a message of sorts in your brain : DON'T DO THIS YOU RETARD! . The fact that that message is there , will not let you try and hurt yourself unless you FORCE yourself to ( AKA BEING STUPID) you'll be so worried about going slow , you won't even be able to do anything fast enough to hurt urself . EXample : jumping out of a car is dangerous , right? is it dangerous when the car us going 2 km/h? yes , very dangerous still . But the chances of you hurting yourself seriously , and getting anything beyond a strain or a sore muscle is very small . Same goes for headspins , except since you have that big old DONT BE A RETARD message , you won't be able to go fast enough to hurt yourself until you can handle it and there's basically no chance of getting injured . As someone said about walking outside everyday , you can get hurt doing and B-boy move . Once i was at a dance doing millz and someone kicked me , i fell on my head first , then did a basically a worm , except all my bones and body parts SMACKED the floor instead of gliding down gently . There , i hurt my head worse doing mills then i ever have trying headspins . Another time i went to far on a freeze . BAM head+hip=floor . Once again , more injured frm a FREEZE coming off footwork (yes i know , very gay) then i have headspins . ANd YES , i have fallen badly while attempting headspins , no more than a sore neck and back the next day , and the back was because i fell onto the side of my couch . SO anywayz , the point im trying to make is that if you go slowly , and don't do anything you don't think ur ready to do , the chances of you getting seriously injured are virtually non-existant . Oh , and if your mom still gets iffy about it , just do the handtsnading part on something like a blanket or something soft , cuz that parts all muscle building and balance developement u could do it on concrete and it would work just as well . So there's my opinion on things , take it slow , don't force anything on yourself , and you'll be absolutely fine . Later ,-B-Boy SpinAttac |

If you practice headspins on a slick surface and wear a beanie, you wont even have the fear of breaking your neck. But you mostly likely wouldnt ne wayz unless you tried to move the other way or stop yourself too fast, which still is unlikely to do.
