It would be cool to make a self site publication, but I don't know if there is a market to actully sopport a main-stream magazine. I belive there is/was one in Europe I heard about. B-boy.org mag..always a dream. Hell some people are still working on Tane for some Clothes.

it wouldnt be that hard i mean im a graphic artist i could desighn ads for stuff and like the picture setups and we can get mail from ppl to put in it and latest moves and stuff like that

i can see what your getting at...but there isn't that much need. But if their was one, it should just be like a once or twice a year thing, something that has interviews with old school Bboys, like the Nigga Twins or something, but not every month, just occasional when there is actually stuff to fill a mag with.

An Underground hip hop magazine PERIOD would be dope. That is my DREAM. To write for a hip hop magazine, but NOT the Source or Vibe or XXL or anything like that. Like A seriously dope underground mag. Interview djs, emcees, bboys, graff artists the whole nine. Deck the shit out with hella pictures of shows and evernt. Include demos of and coming artists. Have real sponsors like Triple Five and Tribal. .......ahhh damn. Someday yo. |

why does it have to be mainstream? Mainstream doesn't mean jack in my opinion. Aura has my vote, UNDERGROUND and all elements mag. now that would be sweet. Read about the Underground MC's, Djs (turntablist), Bboys, and Graffers. Sure there can be some Mainstream people, but, it doesn't have to be all mainstream, the mag itself, and the people.

heeeyyyy...my uncle works at response records in memphis..and there startin off a magazine.....it's mostly about graffiti and dj'n.....but he said that they were lookin for som emcee'n an bboyin stuff to go along wid da mag............i dunno if thats anyhelp....lol
