Dont listen to gunman. Hes a prick.
Yeah its a good start, but make sure you got toprock and 6step down first. Or else youll just be doin freezes and have nothing to do in between them. |

FOUNDATION IS IMPORTANT.
Get down Toprock, 6-Step, Footwork, Handstands, Headstands, baby freeze/basic freezes. The moves section might help you out... |

do it against a wall and if you feel urself falling, just push back off the wall using ur feet. Theres a few handstand guides about, have a look around the Handstand Moves forum.
Keep working on that handstand and once you got it good, move onto 1 handed handstands. Then you can try hollowbacks, inverts, pikes, handsprings, solar eclipses etc ![]() |

Try pulling forward with your hands a little bit when in handstand, so that you go forward a tiny bit. Helps.

anytime u learn a new freeze, use a support like a chair. its a lot better than a wall altho that can help.
with things like chairs u can experiment in positions. |

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

lol...reminds me of a bad day in my life
i was learning pikes wit a chair and since it was mah first day i kinda sucked really bad..so when i got up in the position i piked my legs really hard and i guess my weight wasnt distributed correctly so i took a nasty spill right on to the leg of the chair lol i guess the moral of the story is to be careful if you use chairs.....i suggest holding someones hand or even a couch is a lot safer |

this is what i think of your post:
