Breakdancing mat -

watup everyone,
i was wonderin if anyone new were you could buy like a 8x8ft square matt of some flooring that is good to breakdance on, i always see people dancin on them on like street corners. Also i need some more good music to breakdance to, any suggestions(no techno). |

You can get some lino at most hardware stores and decorating places. A good combination, as Bobble said, is lino with cardboard underneath for impact.

my friends and i found this old wrestling mat that the school was going to throw away so we took that and put in under some lino and it is soft and it is easy to slide on, so we love it.

Cardboard sucks for padding. Get carpet underlay, it works great. It is in the same part of most stores as the linolium.

a lot works when u have nothing else...cardboard was what they could get, we can get other things...and it helps to dance on other things
cardboard, mad slick, burns hurt like a mother, not good in a lot of weather or with sweat...n a few other not to so good rpactice points |

yea, but if you use cardboard or if you cover it in ductape is slick as hell, still burns though, but no pain no gain...the best thing to break on is whatever the hell you got to break on
