looking for this breakdance video -

I remember one of my friends downloaded a break dance video a while ago...1999 or 2000...but it was a battle between korea, japan, usa, france, and some other countries. I think the battle was in korea or japan, not sure. The judges were mr. wiggles, and some others i can't remember. I think usa won in the end. Anyone know the name of this competition? and if the video is available? thanks.
