krumping -

I was juss reading online one day about bboying when i discovered a thing called krumping or clowning. Apparently it's another type of hip-hop dance, and it's mainly popular in L.A. After i found out what it was, i started noticing it in movies like You Got Served and stuff, and I'm not sure what to think about it. It kinda looks like bootie dancing with yourself if you ax me, but that's just one bboy's opinion. I'm curious what other breakers think about this (new?) style of dancing. I couldn't find any other posts on this site about krumping so sorry if this is a double.

It's a new thing, it's gettin real popular around here .. you hear about it a lot in new mainstream rap and shit now
I haven't seen anyone do a full set, but from what I seen it's like freakin on air mixed with shaking .. dun really look like cwalkin |

so last night i was at blockbuster with a friend and we noticed that they had a million copies of " you got served " then they also had ' you got served - take it to the streets " where it promises that you'll be able to breakdance, do flips, i forget what else, all from renting that video it also has a section on " krumping " so maybe you should go rent it ? LOL ... i didn't |

to me krumping or clown dancing is just a updated version of the harlem shake. i thought the harlem shake was shitty so that should give you an idea of what i think about clown dancing.

i know it's not the harlem shake, genius, but i think it's similar to the harlem shake because part of it involves shaking the body very fast. and i can insult it if i want cause however you look at it, i think it's stupid.
