yooo peeps! holla holla! this thread is to give some well deserved props to the organisers and the bboys who took part in BOTC July 2004 it was a blast there was some real sick bboying going on some new things i didnt know that the local boys were capable of. everyone worked hard to put on a good show and the result was brilliant. the only thing that slowed down the flow and the energy of the night was the rappers and other acts (apart from a dope up and coming beatboxer by the name of J Blaze). i was fallin asleep during some of the songs. the dancing more than made up for this flaw i assure you tho.
the local bboy scene is very young and the hip hop community is a small one but last night we really showed what were made of and i get the feeling this event is definately gonna get better every year. im sure as hell gonna be there next year and if your maltese or on holiday in malta you should definately be there next year!

some highlighs of the show that i liked:
the show of Shadows who not only showed dope bboy skills but also an entertaining performance with some comedy in it. respect guys!
the show of Sharks On Earth which was pretty cool and original i liked the use of costumes this show really stood out (in fact this crew ended up winning)
the solar eclipse guy from one crew i think it was Breakaholiks not sure but anyway this dude did 1 handed eclipses forever and on beat he is NOT HUMAN
the disses from Block Letters cru (shout out to Amir!) and Shadows during the battle made me laugh so much they really got creative with them.
Jean Luke hitting the single airtrack to windmills that i know hes been working hard on nice work man you got there in the end!
ufo man (http://www.bboy.org/gallery/showphot...cat=998&page=1) who apart from his amazing ufos and circles actually did a front flip suicide from CRUTCHES!!
