I guess you can still do millz just don't stub your toes!
Put some ice on ii. maybe massage it a little. Sometimes massaging can help make bruises go away quicker...do't know about toes tho.
Well hopefully it will heal before Friday. Or at least get to were you can run without too much trouble.
Speaking of hitting walls(and other things) I might as well put bullseye stickers on everything. lol
I may hit something and hurt myself, but at least maybe I can score enough points to win a prize.
