ahhh motherfucker yesterday i was doin mills really fast tryin to break my fastest windmill record then BAM!!! my foot hit the wall so bad it felt like it was dislocated so then i went to sleep the next day i woke up got out of bed and fell straight to the floor i could barely walk 4 of my toes were bruised but i can walk now i just want to get this thing healed cuz i have a track meat on friday any tips on how to heal this

oooooo that sounds painful? I hope you're O.K.
I guess you can still do millz just don't stub your toes! Put some ice on ii. maybe massage it a little. Sometimes massaging can help make bruises go away quicker...do't know about toes tho. Well hopefully it will heal before Friday. Or at least get to were you can run without too much trouble. Speaking of hitting walls(and other things) I might as well put bullseye stickers on everything. lol I may hit something and hurt myself, but at least maybe I can score enough points to win a prize. ![]() Peace |

try to be without shoes n socks n get some bengay or sumthin to keep it warm
i can sense ull still be havin a lil bit of pain by friday but ull be able to bboy but rest for now try not to run (this is after u can walk well) |
