To pop or to break that is the question. - 03-27-2004, 01:16 PM

I can pop and break I can pop hella better than i can break prolly because its easier to do the moves.

Can anyone break and do another dance at same time too?

There are 3 kinds of people: ones who ask why life, ones who look at life, and ones who live life.

In the end it won't matter what color your hair was, what brand of clothes you wore, or what size shoe you had. What you learned is what's gonna matter.

Having courage is when even though you know you are screwed and it seems pointless, you try anyways always seeing it through no matter what.

If life gives you lemons you don't have to make lemonade, you can trade them for oranges and make orange juice.

You see blacks, whites, asians... I see people.

Send the package and hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.

Smiles are contagious.

You laugh because I'm different, I laugh because I just farted.

I got all the knowledge I know today from all the people locked down in my basement.

I bboy...but I do some poppin stuff too. Like glides and arm an body waves and that kinda stuff. Just for fun though, I'm not real serious about it...I do however think popping is hella dope and its easily as hard as bboyin man...I've found popping alot harder...

Vin Diesel and the Internet - relation? I THINK SO

Vin Diesel invented the internet while trying to steal cable TV.

Contrary to popular belief, it was in fact Vin Diesel who invented the internet. Al Gore stole the designs when Vin fell asleep at his keyboard.

if you want to do both, then master the one you like more. then start learning the other.

I do funk styles, b-boyin, n house. Lockin looks dope when u do floorrock adds a lot of flava to it. I say da more versatility u have da better u can elevate ur b-boyin or even funk styles because dat dance has ground work too.

I pop, and a break....I pop better than I break, only because I've been popping longer.

But when you say "master"..keep in mind that there is no such thing as a master..

Somewhere out there, someone is goin to be better than you.

And popping is just as hard as breaking, expecially when you start getting into the other styles, such as strobeing, animation, waving..so forth. Then you really start to make things complex.

Oh yeah definitely... there's some crazy, unreal stuff out there in poppin' just as much as there is in bboying.

The question is... what does your mind, body, and soul tell you?

I pop, do some locking, and b-boy. ive got a popping friend who used to breakdance, now he just strictly pops and is obsessed with it. he can get annoying sometimes, i be playing some underground rap and he'd get all upset cause im not playing funk songs and then tell me straight up "you dont like funk anymore."
which is just plain ignorant cause i usually play some funky beats to b-boy too. alotta peeps dont realize how hard it is to love alotta of different styles and practice hard for them. they could see you practice one thing, and think that you dont like the other anymore. He's asked me which one i like more. and i just say " I got a love for both the funkstyles and b-boyin which cant be compared to each other simply because they are different. I love them both."
