Question When is it easier to Break? - 03-26-2004, 10:22 PM

I find it alot more motivating to break when there are hella girls watching opppose to alone. Also, music oppose to without.

I cant break as good when im alone as i do when there are people watching. Im not even the least bit nervous.

Anyone feel the same?

There are 3 kinds of people: ones who ask why life, ones who look at life, and ones who live life.

In the end it won't matter what color your hair was, what brand of clothes you wore, or what size shoe you had. What you learned is what's gonna matter.

Having courage is when even though you know you are screwed and it seems pointless, you try anyways always seeing it through no matter what.

If life gives you lemons you don't have to make lemonade, you can trade them for oranges and make orange juice.

You see blacks, whites, asians... I see people.

Send the package and hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.

Smiles are contagious.

You laugh because I'm different, I laugh because I just farted.

I used to write routines on what I was acutully going to do. Like step-by step instructions. Never again, when you hit that floor you won't remeber step by step instructions. I just busted out, never again...

I like practicing footwork alone. Because sometimes I like to play my kind of music rather than what this dude plays at the studio. But I also do find it motivating the perform in front of people who have no clue about bboying/bgirling. And I do what rapmasta used to do. I still right down routines and practice them before any perfomances come up. And if I forget a routine...I picture a quick simple one in my head during the perfomance....ok now I'm just rambling. who gives a shit of what helps me hah.

I find it easier to break by myself, but on occasions i like breakin in groups, you get more of a vibe that way.

You dont have to look like a model for me to adore you, all you gotta do is love me and be loyal.

Its good to dance alone when im just straight practicing but you dont really get as pumped. When i dance infront of crowds or other bboys i got hyped which usually makes me dance better. as for sets i mostly come up with a drop move some footwork moves and like a freeze/freeze combo/power move to end it with and just freestyle the stuff inbetween there

music is the key factor by me...
i cant break without music.

and if i hear a good song, then i just get loose!

with or without ppl, its the same.

dont give up that easily if ur not makin progress, its the way of bboyin. just keep going!

I can't break without music.

The better the music the better I break.

The bigger the crowd the better I break lol...

Same here Trix

Anyone ever been called out by someone who can break 500x better than you?

There are 3 kinds of people: ones who ask why life, ones who look at life, and ones who live life.

ya or just when people go breaking in a circle.

Someone did a 1-handed handstand and flipped me off and then pointed at me and then the floor.

I am at my greatest level of bboying when i am with friends and we battle together mostly for fun and not competition. Competition makes me concentrate way too much. Pure fun makes me relaxed and confident.
